In this role, you'll manage the recruitment process, collaborating with clients to devise and execute strategies that efficiently fill open positions with top talent, meeting business needs cost-effectively through sourcing and selection.Key Responsibilities:Innovatively source top talent, design recruitment strategies, and lead organization-wide initiatives.Manage job postings, screening, interviews, hiring recommendations, offer letters, and HRIS updates.Build strong internal and external relationships to understand recruitment needs and align with business goals.Provide expert feedback to candidates and hiring managers to facilitate informed decisions.Oversee offer processes, including negotiation, background checks, and onboarding.Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reporting to senior management.Collaborate on innovative talent attraction and retention strategies with HR partners.Organize open houses and represent the company at job fairs.Contribute to departmental projects as required.Perform assigned responsibilities as needed.Requirements: Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or equivalentBilingual proficiency in English and French2-5 years of HR and Talent Management experienceResults-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple prioritiesAdvanced communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh attention to detail and sense of urgency in service deliveryAbility to work independently and collaborate within a teamFamiliarity with ADP Workforce Now and applicant tracking systemsExperience in both non-union and unionized environmentsProficient in MS OfficeHybrid role, with potential for full-time in-office work based on business needsWe appreciate all candidates for their applications; however, only those who meet the qualifications will be contacted.
