HRBP & Organizational Development Leader will support for a diverse range of HR functions, with a focus on training and development, organizational functional competency management, reporting, strategic support of business as HRBP, employer branding, onboarding & offboarding processes, employee relations, and audit coordination.

HRBP & Organizational Development Leader will report directly to the Country HR Manager, Turkiye.

Scope of Responsibilities

Designing work, roles, and skills requirements for optimal organizational performance.

Facilitate one-to-one Coffee Talks with key team members.

Tracking competency matrix and identifying training needs.

Managing all aspects of training.

Designing and developing leadership development programs.

Implementing operator development programs.

Implementing strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation.

Developing and maintaining a strong employer brand.

Collaborating with marketing and communication teams.

Managing the Continuous Skill Development (CSD) pillar.

Promoting a Reward and Recognition system.

Monitoring and reporting on HR KPIs and Training Effectiveness.

Developing and implementing initiatives focused on reducing turnover.

Conducting onboarding activities for new employees.

Supporting all audits related to training and operational needs.

Providing HR Assistance in the implementation and adherence to disciplinary procedures.

Serving as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters.

Monitoring HR practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

General Qualifications:

Graduated from social sciences and engineering faculties of reputable universities

Human Resources experience of 8-10 years.

Certificates/Authorizations: Reward & Recognition; Feedback; Coaching; Difficult Conversations; Training & Facilitation Skills; Trainer Certification; Presentation Skills

Good understanding of technical processes and operational capabilities. Relations supporting managerial decisions at the operational level.

Strong analytical data analysis

Proven business developer, agile and dynamic personality.

Inventive, independent, high level of personal involvement and energy, drive to make things happen. Also, a strong team player, contribution to teamwork and collaboration within alignment of key stakeholders.

Decisive and result oriented.

Ability to identify high added value projects.

People and Culture driven, with a good understanding of key financial/economic indicators.

Excellent communicator able to work with individuals at different levels.

Time management and sense of prioritization.

Good English skills (Advanced / B2+)
