Program Summary KBR will sustain the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base (Spain), Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, and various facilities in Turkey. Our services encompass program management, civil engineering, morale and recreation support, postal operations, safety services, logistics, and more. With a five-year base period and three one-year options, KBR ensures these bases operate smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Fleet Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accountability and tracking the status of vehicles assigned to the Cigli AB TurAF by monitoring management and maintenance analysis, preventative maintenance, special inspections, scheduling, and the vehicle control program. The role is coupled with hands-on engagement, requiring a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics for effective execution of special inspections and maintenance tasks. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive scheduled maintenance plans for vehicles and vehicular equipment, adhering to manufacturer requirements and USAFE TO standards.
  • Monitor and manage repetitive maintenance, warranty, contract, and authorized repairs, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Oversee the completion of scheduled maintenance, inspections, and special inspections by TURAF to uphold vehicle fleet safety and serviceability.
  • Track and manage scheduled inspections to guarantee vehicle readiness and cleanliness.
  • Ensure timely completion of inspection forms (e.g., AF Form 4355) for all vehicle processing into VM via work orders.
  • Coordinate with TURAF to facilitate PMI and Special Inspections, assisting USAF with inspections as needed.
  • Maintain physical copies of inspection forms until data is transcribed into DPAS, forwarding invoices for parts purchases to Incirlik along with AF Form 4354.
  • Record and submit monthly kilometers/hours for all assigned vehicles to FM&A.
  • Respond to accidents by completing AF Form 4355 and maintain records of AF Form 172, AF Form 1800, and AF Form 1829.
  • Review vehicle data plate information annually for nuclear certification status verification.
  • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment, proactively identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Perform lifting and physical tasks up to 25kg/55 lbs with orthopedical confirmation.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and independent work capabilities as required.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines and optimize route efficiency.
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills for interactions with customers and team members.
  • Willingness to work flexible/long hours, including evenings and weekends, under various weather constraints.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor.
Basic Qualifications
  • Must be a Turkish citizen.
  • Must have a valid Turkish B Class license to operate vehicles and equipment
  • Current and favorable Turkish security background check.
  • Technical/High School/two year University graduate (must possess diploma)
  • Proven experience working in fleet management (provide a work certificate)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be able to speak, read and write the English at intermediate level.
  • For Male Candidates, Fulfilled Turkish Military obligation is required.
  • Obtaining and passing a medical physical and certified by Government Hospital is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 Year University graduate (must possess diploma).
  • 3+ years experience in fleet management.
