WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Function as a Strategic business leader of the Marketing & Communications for the hotel and alignment with the brand strategy.
  • Develop and/or maintain and improve relations with all media agencies, influencers and key stakeholders
  • Provide market intelligence in evaluating the Market and economic trends that may lead to changes in communication Strategy
  • Determine and develop Marketing Communication activities, in conjunction with Regional Marketing Communications.
  • Manage Marketing Consulting Agency teams, Brand Marketing, and Campaign Management initiatives
  • Work with F&B and Wellness Teams to develop and implement a robust marketing and events calendar
  • Creation of content for hotel social media pages in alignment with brand guildelines

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience of which at least 2 years in similar role.
  • Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
  • Successful Pre-opening experience & records a distinct advantage
  • Goa work experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong process orientation;
  • Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
  • Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box;
  • Understanding of Digital Technology and social platforms
  • Strong Public relationship management & Networking Skills
  • Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
  • Dynamic and result oriented
