Job title – Sales Support, Import and Purchasing Administrator (Temp.)   • Carrying out marketing support (purchase and distribution of promotional materials, etc.) activities
  • Providing necessary activities regarding customer data and CRM (customer quotations, sales order delivery notes, shipment organization, warehouse communication, invoicing, etc.)
  • In line with the requests or needs plans transferred to the Purchasing Department; to carry out the purchasing transactions of raw materials, consumables and promotional materials within the scope of general purchasing.
  • Creating SAP purchase order, tracking the orders and ensuring their delivery, checking the relevant invoices and forwarding them to finance department. Purchasing – local
  • In line with the forecasts for raw materials, tracking usage and existing stocks and updating the forecasts when necessary, performing stock control
  • To check whether the type, quality and quantity of the ordered goods and the purchasing methods are determined in accordance with the purpose and company procedures.
  • Finding reliable vendor sources, finding new alternatives, and conducting price and market research.
  • To make all kinds of correspondence regarding Safety Heath and Environment, shipment conditions, production and quality problems of the purchased goods, and to follow up and fulfill their requirements within the supplier quality tracking system. Import & Export Prepare the relevant documents; ensuring that the operation is carried out on time and correctly by providing the necessary document coordination to the customs officer, transporter, finance and customer.   • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience as sales support, import, local purchasing
  • Proficient usage of excel, word, ppt and knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Good English both oral and written.
  • Result Orientation & Customer Focus
  • In depth knowledge and usage of sales working processes and rules
  • Great communication skills, collaborative and able to work with multiple teams / stakeholders.
