Scotland ASN Segment Manager Location: Remote Annual Salary: £25,000 Contract: Permanent after initial 3 month probation period Line Manager: Michele McGarvey Recruiter: Chelsea Sharman Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday - Friday 10-2pm core hours) Closing Date: 8th April 2024 At Twinkl Scotland, we pride ourselves on creating quality content for all ages and stages of Scottish education. From ELC, through Primary and now into Secondary, we aim to provide content that engages learners and builds a community that supports Scottish educators in getting it right for every child. We are always looking for opportunities to further support our users and respond to current educational initiatives and, as such, we are now delighted to be focusing on developing our offering for Additional Support Needs in Scotland. To lead us in this new phase of our development, we are looking for someone with a passion for inclusion and a vision for building an online community that aims to support educators in meeting the needs of their learners. You will work alongside our product teams to ensure we are responding to the feedback of Scottish teachers who are supporting learners with additional support needs within both mainstream and ASN settings. Ongoing projects/how you'll spend your day: You will be responsible for driving the growth of our ASN segment through outreach marketing. You'll connect the Scottish teaching community with the Twinkl Scotland website via specified marketing channels (social media, email, blog, webinars, podcasts) that you will work on daily. You will highlight and demonstrate the benefits of our Twinkl products and support educators through those marketing channels in order to grow our ASN Segment. You'll be a key player within the Twinkl Scotland team, making connections between our CfE products and the ASN community. You'll be responsible for customer and revenue growth of our Scotland ASN Segment. To succeed in the role, you will: Be a confident and knowledgeable teacher who can influence others with their expertise. You will be comfortable on camera/audio as you connect with your customers through live and pre recorded videos and podcasts. You will be commercially minded as you showcase our product by collaborating with external influencers and organisations across Scotland.
