An excellent opportunity for an experienced Fabric Engineer / Handyperson in or near to Birmingham. You will join the static division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out on multiple sites. This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hours per week, In return you will receive:

  • Salary up to £30,000 per annum

Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
Duties / Responsibilities: The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites.

  • Basic lighting Maintenance
  • Manholes
  • Fitters
  • Carpentry
  • Painting
  • Decorating
  • Plumbing Duties
  • Fixings Roof Leaks
  • Door Frames
  • Flooring Repairs
  • Changing Lights
  • Fixing leaks
  • Unblocking toilets
  • Water temperature checks
  • Painting decorating
  • Carpentry repairs
  • Plastering
  • All aspects of building maintenance within the facility
