Executive Assistant

Leading West End based private equity firm is looking for a dynamic Team EA with a minimum of 2/3 years investment sector experience in a similar role. This is a fast paced, varied and dynamic role and you will be in charge of organising the busy inbox/calendars and global travel for your team of six. As a fully involved member of this fun, collaborative team you will sit in on meetings, drive tasks and coordinate all the team events including venue sourcing etc. If you enjoy a client facing role you will love the client interaction and also have the chance to get involved in a range of other projects. You will also get the chance to really build your career as you take on more responsibility and progress. As Team EA you will support a team of six partners who wants you to get really involved and provide high level support. You will need to be technically savvy, have great attention to detail and excellent written English (you will prepare high level reports/presentations). Based in fantastic offices in the West End with free drinks and snacks and a great office culture this will suit someone confident, sociable and a high energy candidate with bags of initiative who will be valued in your role. Duties: *Diary management, meeting arrangements and conference calls, across multiple time zones. *Manage UK and international travel (multi-stop) for a team of six. *Preparing complex itineraries *Arranging visas for often remote locations *Processing monthly expenses *helping produce research material, client packs and attend meetings with the team *Meeting and greeting clients *Extensive event planning.
