Senior Key Account Manager

A dynamic and strategic Sr. KA Exec. / AKAM to manage and nurture our Local Key Accounts (LKAs). The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business opportunities, and implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve business targets.  

• Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow LKA accounts, including sales strategies, promotional activities, and product placement.
• Analyze account performance data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, delivery, and marketing support meet account needs.
• Monitor stock levels of chilled dairy products to optimize inventory turnover and reduce waste due to expiry.
• Develop strategies with retailers for product placement and promotion to maximize sales of products approaching their sell-by date.
• Conduct regular business reviews with LKA stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of business with LKAs to achieve optimal outcomes for both parties.
• Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to recommend adjustments to account strategies.
• Lead the coordination and execution of new product launches within assigned accounts, ensuring optimal placement and promotion.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer business needs, shopping behavior, and category trends to become a trusted advisor to LKA stakeholders.
• Implement and manage promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, analyzing their effectiveness and ROI.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on account status, activities, and achievements for senior management review.
