ob Description: Qualification: Atleast Bachelors degree in the field of IT. Experience: Fresh Graduates or up to 3 years of Experience (Developer). At least 3 years of experience (Senior Developer). Responsibilities: Responsible for performing design and development on one or more Project areas like Functional (Configuration / Scripting), Integration with other Application, Data Migration or Data Conversion etc. Responsible for providing effort estimation of design and development tasks. CRM Developer contributes in documentation of Technical Design. CRM Developer must be well versed with Development Standards. Responsible for exploring new technologies coming in CRM space for existing application(s) as well as new application(s) and plan training on them with CRM Man-ager / CRM Practice Manager based on Companys strategic objectives. Skills Required: (Withonut CRM Experience)- Proven track record of developing quality software products. - Must have working experience of SDLC and OOPs. - Excellent Coding skills and experience in all aspects of the software engineering life cyclec - Strong working knowledge of Windows 2003, XP, Vista, SQL Server, IIS and .NET technology and infrastructure. - Working knowledge of developer tools technologies including Languages like SQL, C# and Visual Basic .Net and the .NET Framework, complex XML Schema, HTML, and Java script.
