A notification appears from your tray: something is a bit off with one of the services your team runs. It indicates that a specific service route is having latency issues due to a database query taking longer than usual to respond — but nothing has changed on your side! After clicking on it, you are taken to a hyper-contextualized, highly-interactive screen of all services that work in coordination with yours and… look at that! There has recently been a change in a seemingly unrelated service that uses the same database cluster and the cluster is now under stress. You are also informed that the team lead and the contributors involved in such change have already been notified and a collaboration space with all the contextual information needed to jointly resolve this issue has already been put in place. Main requirements

Is that you? We are in the lookout for beast-mode backend developers, mindful of architecture, data structures, performance and good engineering work — but whom always keep an eye on timely, customer-facing value delivery. You are proficient in C++, you write clean but high-performance code and know how to take advantage of the internals of your compiler and your toolchain. Don't be shy!
