About Our Client An established but growing direct-selling company in the MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry offering a wide range of products to consumers through independent distributors or leaders. Seeking an experienced and aggressive leader to head the sales team in this multinational MLM company. Job Description

  • Set and monitor sales goals and opportunities, reporting progress to leadership regularly.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets, ensuring profitability and effective cost management.
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing sales pipeline for market expansion.
  • Lead proposal development to nurture partnerships and drive new initiatives.
  • Drive optimization of compensation models, analyze analytics, implement training programs, and provide monthly performance reports for team enhancement.
  • Oversee all sales efforts, collaborate with Marketing on product launches, and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with top sales leaders to align with company vision and goals.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Has at least 10 years of working experience in multi-channel direct selling industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present sales strategy and company objectives
  • Highly results-oriented, setting clear performance targets, tracking progress, and taking proactive measures to ensure that sales objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Strong leadership qualities to inspire, motivate, and guide sales team towards achieving sales targets and business goals.
