Senior Power Platform Developer

About the job: As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for delivering app solutions (design, development & maintenance) and reporting to meet our business challenges. The developer will be expected to use the whole suite of tools from the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate. Business requirements may require the developer to design PowerApps solutions that work with software like SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE, and other business applications. Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions leveraging the capabilities of the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Application Development: Develop, customize, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring they meet functional and technical requirements.
• Data Modelling: Design and implement data models within Power Apps to support efficient data management and application functionality.
• User Interface Design: Create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces within Power Apps, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Integration: Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services such as Power Automate (Flow), SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Teams, and other third-party systems as needed.

About You: We are actively looking for a proficient and seasoned Power Platform Specialist. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of Power Platform development principles, showcasing expertise in optimizing and managing the Microsoft Power Platform environment. This role demands strong analytical acumen and a demonstrated history of successfully implementing and controlling Power Apps solutions Here's what you'll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or Related Field
• 3 - 5 years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CE development experience.
• Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) for data storage and management within Power Apps
• Experience in designing complex common data models.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
• Will be proactive in staying up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features announced in Microsoft's wave plans.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
• Passion for moving organizations forward with the Power Platform and excitement for the impact Power Platform can have on customer experiences.
