Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effectiveness of company’s sales policies
  • To visit different assigned dealers of the territory to maintain and improve their relationship with the company to solve their problems regarding policies of the company, and to make sure their performance is as expected
  • Ensure all product targets are achieved on daily required run rate basis
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Dawlance core products via successful completion of required sales training program and utilize this knowledge to successfully sell Dawlance product solutions to new and existing dealers in assigned territory
  • Ensure that dealers' salesmen have sufficient product knowledge of all Dawlance products, specially of all new launches and high-end products
  • Responsible for achieving overall sales and collection targets and keep close watch on bad debts and extended credit limits
  • To provide feedback on new models and suggest product improvements
  • Regular monitoring and feedback to Business Manager on competitor’s activities, their incentive plans, sales volume, and other promotional activities
  • To ensure coordination between the warehouses and sales planning in connection with logistics
  • Ensure that company’s properties, e.g. product’s racks/stands, displays, shop fronts, boards etc are effectively utilized
  • Ensure Sales-Service liaison at all assigned branches and resolve their day-to-day matters. For their matters, related to after-sales service and product quality, ensure coordination with Business Manager
  • Keep track on red areas for the assigned territory and plan implement strategy for improvements
  • Take corrective and timely actions when values are violated by associates
  • To collect orders, make invoices and ensure timely delivery and payments of the dealers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to travel in order to do business
