Position Overview: We're looking for a highly skilled 3D Generalist/Architectural Visualization who excels in Blender and related plugins, with a strong emphasis on architectural visualizations. Your role will involve creating high-quality, realistic 3D models and renders of our products & solutions within architectural settings, helping customers visualize the future of smart living. Working alongside our marketing and product teams, you will transform concepts into immersive visuals, showcasing the integration of our products in various living spaces. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models and renderings of smart home products, emphasizing their placement and functionality within interior and exterior architectural designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging visual content for a range of mediums, including virtual tours, product demonstrations, and promotional materials.
• Utilize advanced rendering techniques to simulate realistic lighting, textures, and materials, enhancing the architectural integrity of residential and commercial spaces.

Contribute to the creative process, offering insights on the latest trends in architectural visualization, 3D modeling, and rendering technologies. Basic Qualifications: ● Proficiency in Blender, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem, including plugins relevant for architectural visualization. ● A robust portfolio that demonstrates expertise in 3D product rendering and architectural visualizations. ● Knowledge of compositional and aesthetic principles in digital art, focusing on architectural integrity, lighting, and materials. ● Ability to manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality results within deadlines. Strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration in a remote or flexible work setting. Preferred Skills: ● Experience in converting files across various 3D software, and optimizing project workflows. ● Solid foundation in 3D compositing, lighting, texturing, animation, and familiarity with different render engines. ● Background in creating visualizations for smart home technology or related fields. ● Capabilities in motion graphics and animation, adding dynamic elements to static visualizations.
