We are #hiring for an experienced #Fitout #Estimator for high-end Fit out projects, specializing in #joinery and furniture manufacturing. Responsibilities include #cost control, #contract management, #BOQ preparation, #quantity take-offs, and proficiency with estimating software such as #PlanSwift, #OST, and #Procore. Experience with any estimating software is advantageous. This position is for the USA market and offers a work-from-home setup. Requirements:
- Experience in high-end Fit out works, particularly in joinery and furniture manufacturing.
- Proficiency in cost control, contract management, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-offs.
- Familiarity with estimating software, especially Plan Swift, OST, and Procore.
- Any additional estimating software experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work remotely.
