Optimus is assisting a renewable energy company in establishing its workforce operations in Manila and we are currently seeking a Finance and Admin Manager. Location: Ortigas Role Description

• The Finance and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations managing budgets financial reporting and analysis.
• Supervises administrative tasks such as office management procurement and vendor management.
• Additionally the Finance and Admin Manager will be required to communicate effectively with Mandarinspeaking stakeholders.

• Proficiency in conversational Mandarin is a requirement.
• Proven experience in financial management and administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in using financial management software and tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CPA) are a plus
