Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Job Description: A minimum of 5 or more years of experience in IP network planning, design and Operation with WAN or Service Provider technology from physical up to the network layer Good working experience in configuring IP MPLS and Data center equipment Provide recommendations for improvements to the MPLS network support during changes to the network, and troubleshoot break-fix situations Expert knowledge of IGP Routing Protocols, MPLS, and TE Expert knowledge of Data centers, Firewalls, and Security functionality Expert knowledge of MPLS and MAN network Architecture and protocols Strong working level knowledge of IP Networking, including MPLS and Segment Routing. Routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP), signaling protocols (RSVP, LDP), QoS, IP VPN, VLAN, VPLS. Hands-on experience in complex routing troubleshooting, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, VPLS, IPV4 MPLS LSP. Good understanding of interoperability issues between vendors and troubleshoot protocols such as BGP, ISIS, OSPF, IPV4, NAT, IPSec VPNs, VLANs base standards etc. Provide day to day Operational and Maintenance Support for enterprise Data Network based on MPLS Technology. Experience on troubleshooting and implementation for L2 & L3 services using - VPLS / MP-BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VRRP, LDP, RSVP-TE, Multicast. Expertise on Fortinet, Nexus, Catalyst, Cisco IOS, ASR IOS-XE, Juniper MX, EX series platforms and product lines. Provide Emergency Maintenance on IP/MPLS Network/High Level trouble shooting. Liaise with IP vendors, interfacing with TAC centers and Vendor Tier 2 and 3 support staff. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Must-Have Skills: Strong working level knowledge of IP Networking, including MPLS and Segment Routing. Routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP), signaling protocols (RSVP, LDP), QoS, IP VPN, VLAN, VPLS.
