Roles and Responsibilities: • Strong functional knowledge of the Success Factors system, specifically in EC specialist including Time Management(T&A)• Strong Implementation/support experience with Success Factors Time Mgmt(T&A) module ( At least 1 implementation project and 1 support project)• Must be Certified in SAP Success Factors EC TimeOff/Time Mgmt. • Good understanding of other SF Modules. • Good Understanding of Business rules and different countries Time Off Policies. • Able to support and review T&A technical documents. • Stakeholder management and comms skills. Able to lead and drive the EC – T&A area
