- Register incoming patients
- Prepare the patient for examination
- Respond to patient phone Call queries
- Inform patient of financial responsibility
- Prepare and file patient forms
- Verifying and updating patient information
- Assisting doctors and nurses if needed
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Min GCE N/O/A Levels / Diploma and above
- Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
