Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our products to potential customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in sales and marketing within them development industry . Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. 2. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences. 4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our solutions and highlight their benefits to potential customers. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content. 6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, addressing any client concerns or issues as needed. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. 8. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Strong passion for sales and marketing, with a desire to build a successful career in the tech industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. 4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. 5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred but not required. 7.
