Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as an Overseas and Bulk Recruitment Officer. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, recruiting, and managing talent for overseas placements and high-volume hiring scenarios. This role requires a deep understanding of international recruitment practices and the ability to handle bulk recruitment processes efficiently. Responsibilities: Overseas Recruitment:
- Identify and engage with potential candidates for overseas positions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international recruitment agencies.
- Ensure compliance with visa and work authorization requirements.
- Design and implement effective strategies for high-volume hiring needs.
- Coordinate recruitment activities for large-scale projects or expansion plans.
- Streamline and optimize the bulk recruitment process.
- Utilize various channels, including online job portals, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a good fit for the organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and other relevant information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to recruitment.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in overseas recruitment and bulk hiring, preferably in diverse industries.
- Familiarity with international labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
