about the company Our client is a reputable Financial Services MNC with a strong global presence, currently recruiting for a Total Rewards Manager to lead one of their business units’ Rewards function. If you are keen to work for an organisation that prioritizes employee well-being, and delivering impact to the organisation’s rewards function, this role is for you. about the job Reporting to the Group Total Rewards Lead, you will manage all strategic and operational Reward activities as as a sole contributor, including but not limited to:
Design, plan, and implement compensation, benefits, wellness programs aligned with business strategy
Serve as the Rewards expert, providing advisory services and contributing thought leadership to total rewards methodologies.
Collaborate with HRBP and HR CoEs to analyze workforce trends, plan for HR needs, and support organizational development.
Lead the implementation of new projects and oversee annual performance management and total compensation review cycles.
Manage budget, plan and execute all benefit plans.
Evaluate program effectiveness in relation to company objectives and implement necessary changes.
Handle vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations
