By collaborating closely with the Project team, the candidate ensures the successful execution of all MEP trade activities, as well as system testing and commissioning processes. What you will do?
- Support and supervise various MEP trades, especially specialists (MEP, FLS, ELV, BMS, Security, Access Control, etc.)
- Supervise and coordinate with QAQC and HSE Managers to ensure goals are met.
- Manage and coordinate the MEP activities and the testing and commissioning
- Manage Testing Commissioning Agents activities end to end
- Plan, lead, monitor and manage the the Authority applications, inspections and approvals Represent on behalf of the Employer and PMC
- Identify, Assess and prioritize the risk to the project, and report the consequences
- Technically asses the MEP variations/Value Engineering /Change Management (MEP), regulations by local authorities and advise, as best practicable, on cost and time impact.
- Monitor the planned submissions dates and records delays if any, and follow up materials procurements and delivery.
- Technical expertise
- Knowledge of Saudi Building codes and regulations
- Quality Assurance and Control
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- 10+ years of experience in large scale construction projects preferably hotels, resorts, missed use buildings
