Role - Landscape Architect with LVIA experience Location - Fully Remote/Merseyside Salary - £26 - £35K We are interested in speaking to any Landscape Architect at Pre or Post CMLI level for a reputable Consultancy in Merseyside. This role is 100% remote based. As a Landscape Architect either at CMLI grade or mid-level Assistant/Project Landscape Architect level, you will be working with the Senior team on a wide variety of projects through all the various stages of the design process. Sectors will include residential, commercial and public realm right through to later-living, hospitals, open spaces and education. LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree and diploma or MA in landscape architecture (or equivalent)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Excellent graphic, verbal and written communication skills
- Confident when presenting work to new and existing clients
- Have good knowledge of the UK Planning process & Building Regulations
- Ability to prioritise workload and focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Technically competent and able to work to deadlines
