You’ve probably read ‘fast-paced’ a lot on these job boards, but we’re about to say it again: it’s a fast-paced environment, but that also means faster learnings, more experiences and quicker development. We genuinely want to help you progress as much as you want to. Still keen? Your role will focus on the generation of social-first copy and ideas for our organic clients while aligning with their brand and strategies. You'll closely collaborate with design and production teams to transform these ideas into social-first assets, ensuring they meet client objectives. Staying updated with the latest social trends and continuously developing your copywriting and creative skills through various resources is essential. Your role also includes active participation in brainstorming sessions, contributing unique ideas that resonate with client needs, and working on social-first ideation and copy strategies for pitches and ongoing campaigns, including onboarding new clients. Here’s what you’ll be doing… Ideation and Collaboration

  • Generate creative, social-first copy & ideas across our organic clients, aligning with their brand and unique strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with design and production teams to transform ideas into social-first assets.
  • Liaise with the account management team to ensure these ideas hit client objectives and goals.
Trend Awareness
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social trends.
  • Ensure consistently up-to-date with current copy & creative styles to effectively drive.
Self Development
  • Ensure consistent development of copywriting and creative skills through online courses, skillshares and relevant creative resources: copy club, campaign magazine etc.
  • Seek consistent inspiration from social, relevant online magazines, Behance, Pinterest etc to continue to develop ideation skills.
  • Follow ideation techniques to ensure you continue to create original ideas and continue self-development in new forms of ideation techniques.
Brainstorming
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing unique ideas that resonate with clients' needs.

  • Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative, engaging, and on-brand ideas for social media creative.
Copywriting
  • Strong writing skills to create compelling and effective social-first copy that resonates with the target audience. You're a pro at checking and proofreading copy and creative assets to maintain quality and consistency.
Collaboration
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate closely with design, production, and account management teams to bring ideas to life.
Trend Awareness
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
Brand Alignment
  • Ensure a deep understanding of clients' brands and strategies to create content that aligns with their goals and values.
Self-Development
  • Commitment to continuous learning through online courses, creative resources, and industry publications to enhance copywriting and creative skills.
Inspiration
  • Seek inspiration from various sources like online magazines, Behance, Pinterest, and social media to fuel creative ideation.
Ideation Techniques
  • Familiarity with ideation techniques to consistently generate original ideas and explore new forms of creative thinking.
Adaptability
  • Ability to adapt to changing client requirements and quickly pivot strategies based on market dynamics.
Client-Focused
  • A client-centric approach, understanding and addressing client objectives while delivering creative solutions.
Analytical Skills
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
Presentation Skills
  • Ability to present ideas and strategies convincingly to clients and team members.
Some Specifics
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus bonus
  • Hours: 38 hours, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
  • Location: Borough, London (hybrid - 2 days in the office per week)
  • Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
