Calling all immediate EA's! Exciting new opportunity for an experienced EA to join a Marketing & Media Company, providing efficient support to the CEO and CFO to optimize their time management. This is a 6-week position with potential for extension. You'll work in their London office for 2 days a week and remotely for the remaining 3 days. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for CEO and CFO, managing calls and emails, and coordinating schedules.
- Arrange meetings, tele-conferences, travel, and accommodations for CEO & CFO.
- Assist in organizing Board Meetings and support with document preparation.
- Provide on-site support during events and handle hospitality for visitors.
- Manage administrative tasks, including expense claims and invoices.
- Facilitate communication between company departments.
- Offer ad hoc personal support when needed.
- Undertake projects from time to time on behalf of the CEO & CFO.
- Organise any internal teambuilding and social events.
- Work with the CEO & CFO to create and format presentations for internal and external parties.
- Supporting the CEO & CFO with confidential communications.
- In conjunction with the Head of HR, organise and shape the monthly company induction.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant at C Suite level
- Excellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues.
- Ability to organise and plan own work and to work on own initiative.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent IT skills
