Role Overview As a Md Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing content strategies to enhance our company's online presence and engagement. Working closely with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our business objectives. Mission and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders to develop and implement content strategies that support company objectives.
• Manage and coordinate the posting schedule across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and relevant content delivery.
• Create engaging and persuasive content for social media channels, including captivating copywriting for captions, posts, ads, and promotional materials.
• Liaise with external agencies to ensure efficient production of high-quality content that reflects our brand identity and messaging.
• Innovate and execute content strategies to drive audience engagement and foster community growth.
• Conduct regular performance analyses of social media campaigns, interpreting data and metrics to optimize strategies and tactics for maximum impact.
• Stay abreast of trends and best practices in social media and cryptocurrency markets to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of our marketing activities.

• Bachelor Degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related areas.
• 2-3 years of previous experience in social media marketing, preferably within the technology or finance sectors.
• Proficient communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with international colleagues and external partners. (is a must)
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Practical knowledge of social media analysis tools such as Buzzmonitor, Stilingue, Reportei, etc., and the ability to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making.
• An interest in and basic understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain market is advantageous, contributing to a deeper understanding of our target audience and industry landscape.
