We have an opportunity for an Asset Manager to join us. This role is all about shaping our market presence and brand. Here's a snapshot of your new role ... As a dynamic professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing our market presence by engaging clients and contributing to the development of the Pinnacles Civil brand within the asset management sector. Your leadership skills will shine as you provide technical guidance to project teams, facilitating effective problem-solving and decision-making. Collaborating with government agencies, stakeholders, and local communities, you will build positive relationships, addressing concerns and fostering open communication. In the realm of asset management, you will stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in road construction. As an asset management practitioner, you will develop and implement strategic asset management plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Your role will involve conducting thorough inspections of assets, collaborating with various stakeholders to devise cost-effective solutions, and analysing data to continually improve asset management strategies. Here's the technical aspect of what we are looking for:
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
  • Experience with asset management software such as Juno viewer or RAMM is highly regarded
