SALES EXECUTIVE FUNCTION: Trade & Marketing Distribution SALARY RANGE: Basic salary + benefits LOCATION: Malaysia ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES Reports to: Area Sales Manager CAPABILITIES:

• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  
  
• Self-Driven, proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  
  
• Excellent communication, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  
  
• Ability to execute sales plans that align with company objectives and market dynamics.
  
  
• Independent in executing day to day in market tasks, including in market hygiene and execution excellence.
  
  
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Ability to identify growth opportunities via new outlets and within current patch
  
  
• High discipline, good attitude and responsible character

• Ideal Minimum 3yrs Proven Sales Experience
  
  
• Industry Experience: FMCG, Retail Sales, Field Sales Exec, Door to door sales
  
  
• Minimum educational background - SPM or equivalent
  
  
• Active Drivers License
  
  
• Proficient communication skills (spoken and written) in English (Malay & Chinese language a plus)
  
  
• Computer Literate
