Roles & Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with organizational goals, staying abreast of industry trends and search engine algorithms.
- Lead and inspire a team of SEO professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee technical SEO aspects, including website audits, keyword research, and ensuring optimal site structure for search engine visibility.
- Drive content optimization initiatives, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and SEO-friendly content across digital platforms.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze SEO performance, providing actionable insights and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and content creation, to integrate SEO best practices into overall business strategies.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Develop and manage budgets for SEO initiatives, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports on SEO performance and strategy to stakeholders, including executives and other relevant departments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithms, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of SEO advancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in SEO management, with a track record of successful strategy development and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools and web analytics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practice
