Head of SEO (ZR-246)

Roles & Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with organizational goals, staying abreast of industry trends and search engine algorithms.

• Lead and inspire a team of SEO professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Oversee technical SEO aspects, including website audits, keyword research, and ensuring optimal site structure for search engine visibility.

• Drive content optimization initiatives, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and SEO-friendly content across digital platforms.

• Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze SEO performance, providing actionable insights and continuous improvement recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and content creation, to integrate SEO best practices into overall business strategies.

• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, adapting strategies accordingly.

• Develop and manage budgets for SEO initiatives, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.

• Prepare and present clear, concise reports on SEO performance and strategy to stakeholders, including executives and other relevant departments.
• Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithms, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of SEO advancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in SEO management, with a track record of successful strategy development and implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools and web analytics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
