Position Overview:   We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Education Consultant or Education Advisor who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. As an Education Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising prospective students and their families on our various English language programs and services.  Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with prospective parents, to understand the needs and aspirations.
• Provide detailed information about our English language courses, and enrollment procedures.
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable program based on their language proficiency, objectives, and scheduling preferences.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate the enrollment process and ensure smooth transitions for new students.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract prospective students and enhance the visibility of our programs within the Mandarin-speaking community.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English , with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in education consulting, customer service, or sales is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their academic goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
