• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust quality systems to support the supplier quality engineering function.
• Train supplier quality engineers to effectively utilize quality data systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable system architectures.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to design and maintain data pipelines and warehouses.
• Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of systems, procedures, and data management practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze trends to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management to support data-driven decision-making.
REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in system design, development, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and data visualization tools such as SpotFire, Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn in Python for creating clear and insightful visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, data management principles, and data governance best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
