Chevron is accepting online applications for the Talent Acquisition Coordination Representative (Morning Shift) position t hrough April 14, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Recruitment Support • Arranging interviews, assessments, or testing of shortlisted candidates • Preparing job offer letters • Processing full offer pack to candidates when all recruitment checks have been satisfied • Conducting pre-employment coordination to ensure readiness of new hire’s requirements on Day 1• Initiating pre-employment contingencies to ensure required compliance are met • Processing all reference requests and collect documents in line with Chevron requirements—chasing and ensuring responses are back within agreed service level agreement • Review and log all returned disclosures, informing Recruiters of the outcome where appropriate • Ensuring completion of background checks and requirements • Performing candidate boarding actions. Customer Engagement • Communicating effectively and confidently at all levels, over the phone, face to face, and by email • Handling recruitment queries from the business and candidates in a responsive and customer-focused way • Provide excellent customer service to external and internal candidates to ensure a positive experience Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • At least 1-3 years work related experience (recruitment back-end support)• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills • Proven strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills Preferred Qualification: • Experience in Workday and ServiceNow is a plus Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters. International Considerations: Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
