Profession (Job Category): Communications & Corporate Affairs Job Schedule:  Full time Remote: No Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Specialist who is interested to join our dynamic, high performing Global Public Relations (PR) and Content Strategy team. You will work in a truly global team to support all communications related activities, reporting to the Global External Communications Manager. The successful candidate is a tenacious go-getter who will provide support in driving global content and PR projects. Your responsibilities:

• You will support the PR & Content Strategy team in the implementation of content including media, campaigns, digital (web and social media) and support with design, implementation and delivery of communication plans,
• You will be involved in in project manage and execute projects as assigned, editorial calendar management and reporting and managing global media lists of key media across verticals and geographies.
• You will be responsible for writing and proofreading of content across all communications channels.
• You will compile and coordinate regular media monitoring, reporting to senior management, newsletters, SharePoint.
• You will work closely with stakeholders and the communications team to support the delivery of the communication deliverables.
• You will ensure execution excellence (timely, high quality) throughout the area of responsibility and create presentations, infographic, graphics and other communications content according to brand guidelines.

Your background:

• A university degree in Communications, Marketing, Business administration, or other relevant related discipline.
• 4 to 6 years working in Communications or Marketing fields or related professional experience.
• External PR Experience would be helpful .
• Experience in working in both agency and corporate environment is highly desired.
• Experience in dealing with media.
• Project management – attention to detail with a focus on timely execution of projects.
• Proficient in all MS Office suite of applications with an interest in the use of design tools and business productivity tools, especially PowerPoint, MS Teams, Yammer (VivaEngage)
• Advantage of experience in using Meltwater or similar tools
• Detail oriented with high level of organization skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a global team from a remote location.
• Ambition to grow as holistic business communications professional.
• Business fluency in English with strong writing skills.
