Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Surface Chemical Technology Pvt Ltd located in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, driving sales, conducting training sessions, and managing the sales team. The role will be located in Pune, but some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales skills and experience in sales management
- Experience in providing training and development to a sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and willingness to travel as needed
