Crosskey’s Swift Service Bureau offering is a highly recognized service established in 2006 and is one of the few certified service bureaus in the Nordics. We assist our clients with gaining access to Swift, an international network that connects over 11,000 banks and other financial institutions. The global Swift network is a business-critical service that enables participants to, securely and accurately, communicate in areas such as payments and other financial transactions. Crosskey’s Swift Service Bureau is one of the teams within the Crosskey Payments unit. We provide our services in combination with other service offerings at Crosskey or as stand-alone services. The team is known for its market leading competence and great atmosphere. Key Responsibilities As a member of our team, you will be involved in planning and executing the onboarding of new clients, integrating with new systems and participating in development projects. We place a strong emphasis on security, and you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our security-related processes. You will also be involved in the operation and management of our Swift products, including providing customer support to banks for their ongoing needs. Qualifications The ideal candidate is curious, solution-oriented, service minded and analytical. You are interested in cloud-based solutions and real-time payments. You have a relevant technical education and a previous experience as a system developer or system administrator.
