You will report to the Head of Pre-Sales, Asia Pacific . TeamMate software is used by audit professionals all over the world and is recognized as the award-winning audit management system that increases the efficiency and productivity of the entire internal audit process, including: risk assessment, planning, scheduling, execution, review, report generation, trend analysis, audit committee reporting and storage. This is a Permanent Full-Time position, to be based in Shenton Way, Singapore (hybrid working arrangements, working from home 2-3 days per week). #LI-Hybrid About the Role As a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, you will provide sales support to help secure clients – in partnership with Sales – by, providing technical product knowledge, advice and support to prospects, sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process and acting as the subject matter expert on TeamMate solutions.

  • Delivering demonstrations, presentations to prospects and customers, both remotely and on site
  • Deliver Proofs of Concepts by applying solution functionalities using client’s sample data
  • Preparing proposals, answering questions and requirements found in Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) documents
  • Preparing personalized demonstration platforms with relevant information for each existing/prospective customer
  • Responsible for developing a solid understanding of TeamMate solutions
  • Attending and representing TeamMate at various industry events such as conferences and continually learn new versions and features of the software as the product grows and enhances
  • Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of theories and principles and applies general knowledge of business and industry practices within technology sales support.
About You
  • 3+ years as a Pre-Sales Consultant in a Software/SaaS firm, Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university,
  • Strong level of written and verbal communication s.
  • Excellent presentation skills, comfort in front of large audiences.
  • Self-motivated and Subject Matter Self-learner
  • Team player with strong inter-personal skills
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn and comfortable travelling
  • Previous expertise, experience or knowledge of TeamMate solutions highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in a Pre-Sales role at a Software/SaaS firm delivering Demonstrations, POCs and participating in the sales cycle highly regarded.
