3. Proven experience creating and deploying E2E Azure solutions from scratch using IaC
4. Proven experience creating API integrations from scratch
5. Proven experience creating connectors and plugins for Azure OpenAI
6. Proven experience deploying a conversational AI element into a website (A MUST HAVE)
