- Designing and assisting the project manager in controlling the project schedule
- Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value
- Ensuring that the project managers are aware of upcoming project deadlines and milestone payments
- Providing administrative support to the project management team
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards, frameworks and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a related field and certification OR desire to be certified in multi-disciplinary Project Management (PMBOK, PMP, CAPM)
- Be computer literate with knowledge of the current technologies available
- Training and/or experience in project management and/or project management office
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Documentation management and the ability to use specific project management tools
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong Organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
