Position Overview CRH Americas Solutions is looking to add a second Solutions Market Business Partner reporting to VP Solutions Operations to the East Region. The role will support business leaders in an assigned geography (market) to identify and qualify projects to drive solutions focus in their assigned market, pushing the organization to look beyond current project scopes to find opportunities to create customer value. The preferred location for this position is Atlanta but may be based out of the (local Market) offices in the Eastern Time Zone. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Support the Solutions Market Leaders and the market teams on project managing solutions opportunities.
- Support wave launches within assigned geography supporting the Market team leaders in building out solutions team.
- Engage with local market leaders to identify and qualify solutions opportunities.
- Search for projects across multiple lines of business with local market knowledge of capabilities.
- Support the Monthly Business Review through sales force trackers and dashboards.
- Ensure Salesforce is being properly utilized by Market Team- drive adoption and opportunity management.
- Coordinate with other Market Business Partners to facilitate sharing of best practices and game plans.
- Provide input to optimize solutions playbook.
- Drive playbook utilization and value selling tools across assigned market teams.
- Work across organization to identify market drivers and promote awareness of CRH capabilities.
- Other duties as directed by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field of study is preferred.
- 5 + years of progressive business experience, mixture of operational and commercial experience strongly preferred. Commercial Aptitude is critical.
- Experience in building materials, construction or manufacturing sectors preferred.
- Ability to solve complex problems by identification of most impactful actions and prioritizing efforts in addressing them.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, able to adapt rapidly.
- Adept with Salesforce Software.
- Good communicator- writes well using clear and concise language.
- Personable, able to connect and collaborate with others.
- Highly strategic and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Must be 18 years in age or older
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required
- Must be willing to travel up to 40% and work away from home when required
- Strong ability to gain stakeholder trust and create alignment to reduce risk
