We have been specializing in Industrial Electric Motor and Brakes for over three generations, since 1933 to be exact. We live and die by our customer’s experience. By taking something and leaving it better than we found it. That’s how we measure our success. We are currently looking for a full time Electric Motor Technician/Winder who can test, rebuild and repair electric motors, generators, transformers, controllers and related electrical and mechanical equipment used in commercial, industrial and institutional settings. As well as maintaining electric motors and related equipment used to power machinery and equipment. ____________________ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be familiar and educated in form wound and random form rewinds.
• Understand Large Horse Power Motors and repair techniques.
• Able to continue your craft with constant learning and education.
• Maintain, test, rebuild and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators and other electrical apparatus, both AC and DC.
• Replace and recondition shafts, bearings and other components.
• Test, repair or replace wiring or components of electrical switchgear and have an understanding of electrical theory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Ability to work with or without supervision and able to make decisions independently.
• Able to direct and coach other shop persons in industry tasks.
• Be a leader on the shop floor and interact with management as well as customers.
• Take ownership and pride in your work and the team effort.
