Responsabilidades:
- Será responsável pelo atendimento da Carteira dos principais clientes da Newell Brands, entre eles, as principais redes de varejo do paÃs;
- Será responsável pelo processamento da carteira de pedidos de vendas, possuindo como principais funções: Digitação de Ordens de Compra no sistema de Vendas, análise da disponibilidade de estoque, análise da possibilidade de faturamento total ou parcial dos pedidos, antecipações de faturamento, gestão de Janelas de entregas e Multas dos clientes (caso haja);
- Recuperação e Eliminação de Pedidos em Atraso (Back Order);
- Será o elo entre nossos clientes e a Newell Brands, mantendo o varejo e a equipe comercial informados sobre o status de seus pedidos, eventuais atrasos e quaisquer alterações no processo, promovendo transparência e confiança
- Terá contato diário com diversas áreas da empresa como departamento comercial, financeiro e logÃstica, para garantir que o fluxo do pedido ocorra da maneira mais rápida possÃvel, identificando os gargalos, ruptura de produtos e agindo junto com as áreas para solução;
- Acompanhamento de Todo ciclo do pedido, deste o recebimento da Ordem de Compra até faturamento, suporte ao Processo de Devoluções e manutenção dos KPIs de Customer Service
- Curso superior completo;
- Experiência na função ou na área Comercial;
- Experiência no atendimento de clientes, experiência em técnicas de negociação;
- Conhecimentos avançados/Intermediários em Excel;
- Desejável conhecimento em sistema ERP SAP | TOTVS e PowerBi
