We are looking for a Quality, Health and Safety (QHS)Manager to enhance and embed our health and safety performance and criticalrisk awareness and capability. You will actively support your team and enableour leaders to continuously drive a committed and focused H&S culture.   • Create, lead and role model clear committed behaviourswhile driving a continuous improvement culture and focused vision
  • Lead and foster a positive and customer focused teamenvironment where people can openly learn, develop, lead and achieve
  • Improve the Orion Network quality, health and safetystrategies, policies and procedures and develop an effective critical riskprogram
  • Provide guidance, advice, support and expertise to thewider business ensuring awareness of our responsibilities under the HSWA (2015) and relevant legislation
  • Ensure our safety management systems, practices andaudit data is robust and fit for purpose
  • Review and monitor quality audits and investigationsincluding H&S legislation updates and changes are communicated
About you
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive experiencein a high risk, complex and technical environment – sector knowledge will be anadvantage but not essential
  • Proven experience and ability to lead, develop,influence and motivate a team of H&S professionals
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant regulations, safetylegislations and H&S At Work Act (2015)
  • Experience in leading, executing and monitoringinternal and external audits
  • Ability to identify innovative solutions with acollaborative approach to decision making and best practice requirements
  • Ability to communicate, engage and influence at a highlevel across a wide range of stakeholders
