• Master Accounts Payable. Own the vendor payment process verify invoices ensure ontime payments and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
• Champion Accounts Receivable. Generate and send customer Statements of Account (SOA) track payments and follow up on overdue balances.
• Be the Reconciliation Guru. Perform regular bank reconciliations ensuring our records and the banks statements always align.
• Organize Financial Records. Maintain accurate organized financial records. File and archive documents to be auditready.
• Be a Communication Bridge. Talk and collaborate with internal teams vendors and clients regarding financial matters and inquiries.
• Assist with Timely Monthly Close. Contribute to efficient monthend closings to get our financial reports done on schedule.
• Provide Administrative Support. Lend a hand with administrative tasks as needed.

• Education & Experience: A Diploma or Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field with 35 years of relevant experience.
• Software Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail: You possess a meticulous eye for detail and ensure the accuracy of all data and financial records you handle.
• Accounting Knowledge: A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts is necessary.
• Organization & Time Management: Youre highly organized with excellent time management skills able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to collaborate effectively with colleagues vendors and clients.
• Teamwork: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Taxation (Optional): A basic understanding of relevant Malaysian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
