• Manage the design process, overseeing Project Engineer and consultants from Pre-Concept to Detailed Design stages.
• Interface with stakeholders and consultants to obtain requirements and ensure timely communication of project information.
• Advise on layout, design, and construction approaches, prepare design briefs, studies, and obtain statutory approvals for the project.

Job Context:

• Manage the design process, obtain stakeholder approvals, and ensure compliance with cost and program parameters.
• Oversee Tender Documents, including pre-tender briefings and As-Built drawings, while interfacing with Operations, Commercial Management, Marketing, Sales, and Leasing teams.
• Report on project development, monitor unit performance, and provide support across various stages, from design to procurement and marketing.

Required Skills to be successful: Minimum Experience: 12 years of experience with at least 5 years in Design Management position Job-Specific Skills:

• Arabic and English proficiency is a must.
• Professional skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and digital imaging software

• Ability to work under high pressure and carry out simultaneous multi-tasks.
• Self-motivated with high leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Highly committed and up to the company’s code of ethics
