Technical Solutions Specialist (IT Services & Consulting, Hybrid)

Salary: P60,000 to P75,000 (Monthly Package) Schedule: Monday – Friday (Rotating Shift) What are we looking for? Skills Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing remote support
• A solid grasp of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SharePoint is essential.
• Experience utilizing a Ticketing system, RMM Tool, and PSA software.
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting networking equipment including firewalls, switches, access points, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft servers in live environments
• Proficient knowledge of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems

Nice to Have:

• Professional IT Certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA or MCSE, ITIL, ITSM, etc.
• Client Experience Certifications such as Helpdesk Habits etc.

What will you do?

• Acting as the initial point of contact for customers through our Service Desk, regardless of whether it is via phone, email, or ticket.
• Provide our clients with an enjoyable and efficient experience by being friendly, prompt, and helpful.
• Provide the Client with remote technical support and problem-solving assistance.
• Utilize our Ticketing System to efficiently address and resolve Helpdesk Tickets and Service Requests.
• Overseeing and documenting all tasks using our Ticketing System
• Ensure that client documentation is well maintained.
