Job details
- Communicate with vendors regarding general office maintenance
- Ensure stock levels of pantry supplies, stationery, and office equipment are maintained
- Manage petty cash reimbursement
- Coordinate courier services and handle incoming/outgoing mails
- Issue access cards to new hires and set up printer IDs
- Liaise with suppliers for name card printing
- Manage the full cycle of internships including job advertisement, interview arrangements, grants and job offers
- Assist with refreshments and catering orders for company events
- Review and validate invoices (e.g. Telco & Internet bills and Season parking charges)
- Handle any additional ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
- Minimum Diploma
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Fast learner with a willing-to-do attitude, proactive, multitasking abilities and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Singaporean/PR
- Remote work: 1 day a week
- Mon to Fri: 9 am to 6 pm
