Primary responsibilities include: · Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities. · Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies. · Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments. · Oversee the project team, manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues. Ensure effective collaboration and communication. · Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting. · Mitigate risks as defined in project plan. · Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder’s commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams. · Ensure compliance with project management standard and best practices. · Lead SAP implementation project and ensure the project success. · Provide expert guidance and support to project team members. Qualifications : · Holds at least Bachelor’s degree in related filed. Possess at least 15 years of knowledge and experience in SAP Project Management and full-cycle SAP Implementation. · Current experience at consulting firm is a must. · Having exposure and ability to work for various client industries (such as consumer goods, industrial services, shipping & logistics, manufacturing, etc). · Mandatory to have experience leading SAP implementation project as a Project Manager. · Experience in S4HANA is a must. · Have good communication skills. · Have good logical and analytical thinking.
